    The unit was gorgeous and exceptional.

    Really enjoyed the room in the decoration, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was incredible with the most amazing views, and the food was well presented. The pool was heated and I had free soft drinks in the aperitif bar.

    The Beautiful Terrace Villa was fine with a private pool that provided amazing views of the jungle. The staff were attentive. The dining experiences at both restaurants were great, especially the 8-course tasting menu at Apertif, lovely.

    Room upgrading service upon arrival, thorough explanations about the usage of room equipments, free transfer service between the city centre of Ubud and the hotel. Well equiped large room with a private pool and a balinese pavillion overlooking the spectacular view of the river gauge.

    CasCades Restaurant is too dark to read the menu, and the prices are comparatively expensive.

    We had an lovely group vacation! The private villa had fine views, and the staff were pretty good. We loved the exhilarating white water rafting along the Ayung River and exploring the beautiful surroundings on a cycling tour. The meals at the on-site restaurant were good.

    The only downside was encountering some noisy honeymooners at the pool. It took away from the tranquil vibe we were hoping for.
